Mr. G’s bout with a Glass Jar and Hot Grease

Well I am not the sharpest pencil in the bunch anymore. You see I wasn’t smart and was emptying hot grease into a glass jar, thinking that was a good idea because i couldn’t find anything else that I thought could do a good job of holding hot grease. This wasn’t a small amount of grease either. You see we got a new fryer and it holds quite a bit of oil. So as I was emptying the fryer the glass jar shattered and the grease fell on my left foot. Not fun. I have some pics if you want to see them.
